We are a proprietor based operation,
trading as CTEC. CTEC was set up by the Proprietor, Anthony
Croxford, who has worked in the communications industry
since 1979. He has held numerous technical, managerial,
manufacturing and development positions, and originally
started trading as MAG Fibre back in 2001. CTEC has been
a natural progression from that, and the operation continues
to provide bespoke products and services to a broad range
of clients. We strongly value our commitment to quality
and customer satisfaction. Put simply, our aim is to supply
you with what you want, when you what it and at a competitive
price.
We will consider offering agreed credit
accounts for any UK based trading companies following the
completion of our credit application form and full payment
of your first 3 orders. You will also be required to provide
two trade referees for us to contact about you.
If you are Government Department, Hospital
or School, we can offer, following confirmation of your
status, our standard 30 day credit account on receipt of
a faxed or posted official order, together with two forms
of formal identification.
In most cases where stock is available,
orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Our standard delivery
time is 1 - 3 working days when using either Business Post
or Royal Mail. If you have a particular requirement regarding

Yes we can, simply complete the delivery
address details on the payments page . We may, on occasion,
carry out additional checks to verify this request, and
we reserve the right to alter delivery costs charged to
suit, as well as any request to pay for this first.
Not as standard. However, we can sometimes
arrange for collection on a pre-arranged basis, subject
to stock availability & pre-payment. To enquire regarding

Not ourselves. However, we have a selective
range of companies we can discuss your requirements with,
and we welcome all enquiries regarding network installation.
We generally pass this aspect of your enquiry on to one
of these companies, for which we acknowledge we collect
a small referrers fee.

privacy. We will only use the information that we collect
about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998. We will never seek to collect sensitive information
about you without your knowledge. We will not send unsolicited
emails to you, nor will we pass on your details to anyone
else not related to your order or enquiry.
